LABORER

The Laborer plays a key role in supporting field operations, assisting with mobilization and demobilization of equipment, materials, and supplies. This position helps with setup, installation, removal, and teardown of dewatering systems and related equipment. As a hands-on member of the crew, the Laborer contributes directly to safe, efficient jobsite performance.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, installation, teardown, and removal of dewatering equipment and systems
  • Load, unload, and safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
  • Move, position, and maintain pumps, generators, compressors, hoses, and related equipment
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation per KDCC procedures
  • Perform basic equipment repairs on site and support preventive maintenance on vehicles and tools
  • Keep jobsites, yard, and shop areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Support the crew with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all KDCC and regulatory environmental, health, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work long hours in varying weather conditions
